You will spend the afternoon at Aurora Village. You can choose one of the following three activities.Whether you are trying out snowshoes, dog team ride, or snowmobile, everyone will be able to visit the kennel and take photo of puppies, marshmallow roasting at the fire pit, go tubing on our famous GIANT SLIDE. Hot beverage will be provided.If you are driving out on your own, you can credit $20(+GST) per person for the unused transportation. | |

| < Dog Team Ride Experience >-$95 per person +GST This is the most popular activity among the visitors to Aurora Village. Our strong huskies will take you on our traditional sled for an exciting ride through wooded trails and a frozen lake. You can see the dogs in action as they are so eager to run. There are about 70 dogs in our kennel all excited to take you for a ride. Don’t forget to take your picture with the puppies, too. (20min.) <Drive Your Dog Team> For the more adventurous who want to drive for your own. After basic instructions from our musher, you will be in control. You will go through the wooded trails with curbs and ups and downs. Extra charge of $60 will apply. If want want to combine both dog team ride experience and drive your own, extra charge is $90. | < Snowmobile Experience >-$95 per person +GST Snowmobiles have replaced dog teams as means of transpor- tation and carrying loads in the north. We have a fleet of Canadian-made snowmobiles, called ‘skidoos’. Did you know that the original manufacturer intended to call this ‘ski-dog’, but the misspelled name sounded more marketable? You will drive around the lake for 30 minutes to get the feel for it. We provide you with helmets, and instruction. |

| < Snowshoeing Experience >-$95 per person +GST Aboriginal guide will take you to the back trails of Aurora Village on traditional snowshoes. He will explain about the faunas, and herbs that people of the land have used for centuries. You will also see the footprints of wild animal, and explain about trapping. He will show you how you make fire quickly. (90 min.) |

| <Terms and Conditions> All prices per person in Canadian dollars, subject to GST. We take all major credit cards, traveler cheques, and cash. All tours require minimum 2 persons to operate. Bookings will be accepted until 6:00pm of the previous day. For cancellation received one day prior may result in 50% charge, and 100% for cancellation received on the day of the tour. Departure time from your hotel may vary. Please confirm the departure time when booking. Weather and unforeseen circumstances may force cancellation of tours. No refund will be made even if aurora was not visible. All activities undertaken at Aurora Village will be on your own risk. |
